Narcissist Cover Art

For the artwork created for Oxford Comma’s second single, Narcissist, the aim was to visually capture the emotional weight of the song and reflect its themes of fractured friendships and isolation. 

When developing the concept, I wanted the imagery to feel distorted and almost fragile, mirroring the song’s melancholic tone. The abstract floral form of the Narcissus daffodil and contrasting lighting create a sense of tension between beauty and decay, whilst the dark palette reinforces the introspective mood of the track. The final outcome balances emotion with a contemporary and cohesive visual aesthetic.
