When it comes to this brief, I found it difficult to adapt my brain at first, it felt like another language. Coding is not my strong suit, and I would have shied away from it when creating designs in the past. My normal approach to this brief would be to go into Illustrator and try to make 100 copies, struggling to come up with 100 different variations of the same shape; this would have taken up a lot of my time. Before starting this task, I had never heard of processing, the website is very beneficial and contains alot of useful information, especially for someone who is learning.
Even though the coding produced was basic, I feel I have learned the core skills and know what software is available to me, so next time, when I approach a new brief, there are more options and possibilities to create.
