Tokyo Dome city

Tokyo Dome City is a large entertainment complex in Tokyo with a stadium, amusement park, hotels, spa, and shops.
In 2023-2024, it got a full redesign of its identity. A new logo and custom variable typeface were created. The redesign doesn't just include visuals but also sound. They can change shape, weight, and colour depending on the situation, allowing the identity to stay consistent across many formats — from digital screens to printed materials. The team also developed custom software that lets staff easily generate graphics, videos, and layouts.
I really like this work as it's very vibrant and I like how they've animated the text. It's very bouncy and positive. I would definitely like to get into more work like this as to me, It's very satisfying to create and watch.
"Swiss Vision - New Generation of Expression Methods"

Exhibition by a group of up-and-coming architects at AXIS Gallery in Tokyo.

I like how these architects show their design ideas. The collage look really intrigues me, I like the overlaying of the thin outlined text and the different sizing and weights shown of the typeface. As well as using a range of colours which all match together, it is really pretty to look at. I do want to experiment more with collaging, creating posters or photocopying to achieve this. Or maybe Riso printing could be good to help get unique overlays.
Teletech

-Built Teletech's app.

"The Entertainment Industry's Digital Partner. We architect and build complex, high-traffic digital systems for leading entertainment brands. Our work delivers creativity, performance, usability, and technical resilience with no compromises."

NaughtyDuk offers videos and demos of some motion singing. His work is really cool to watch and I love the way he's designed the Teletech app. The way it glitches and it's constantly interactive, moving the background as your mouse moves. It keeps the audience intrigued.

I really like this idea of the screen loading whilst also glitching at the same time. It adds to this video game like aesthetic.

Teletech rave posters

I really love the designs of the posters which Teletech advertises their raves. It uses animations for some swell as just still images. It all suits the theme of Teletech and is constantly showing new designs as backgrounds. I would definitely like to get more into this style and take inspiration from Teletech to create my own posters, for festivals or any type of event which has this vibe.
