The "reverse scene" in NMIXX's music video for "Blue Valentine" was directed by Yuann (from the production company kidzfrmnowhere).
The members performed the choreography in reverse motion while the director simultaneously filmed in reverse, and editing techniques played with speed to create an uncanny, stop-motion-like effect. The part was specifically filmed in a way that required the members to learn the choreography and lip-sync backwards for the scene to appear correct when reversed in the final video.

Clip Studio Paint has always been my main software for animating, due to it having both raster and vector layers. It's so great to be able to play with painterly textures, as well as use my beloved lasso fill tool to quickly block in shapes within the same space as my animation! @prinsciiia Hey y’all! Here’s a quick peek into my process for my animation for @Clip Studio Paint !! I got to try out animating in Version 4 of Clip Studio Paint and it exceeded my expectations in terms of upgrades! I've been using Version 2 for a while, so there were a lot of new features I wasn't aware of. Vectors were easier to select and edit, audio scrubbing can be enabled, and color coding your folders can extend onto the clips, making it sooo much easier to immediately spot what folder you're working in. I especially love the audio scrubbing, since I work heavily alongside music, and getting the timing right is crucial!
