My workflow usually involves mindmapping my ideas first of all which can be a mess of ideas all written down in different formats, mainly either in lists, bullet points, mindmaps or drawn out diagrams. Hand writing stuff at first helps as it sticks in my head easier and makes room for drawing ideas out and easily going back on them, plus I don't mind if it looks messy since it won't be key for when things need to stay organised later down the line.
Once I've chosen a route to go down, I research into it or small parts of it to create a bigger picture of what I'm looking at. This part could do with some work as it's a crucial area in the development stage. Sometimes I do this on paper and sometimes I do it on my laptop and time management here is also an issue. I had a look at some of the websites given and I think the best suited to figure out time management would be Clockk. With me, to be organised I need to like the look of it so I can happily look back at it so in terms of managing my time and schedule, I would need a software that, to me, looks visually appealing to how I like it.
When putting research and work together, I like to use Figma since it's somewhere that I can throw everything together easily and I can use this software for other uses too such as UI designs. However, I do prefer to use it as a place to collect all my thoughts and research. Plus it's good for group projects and sharing ideas.
