Exploring Brutalism

When opening the website for Arrangement Studios, I was immediately met with a stunning landscape photo which set the mood for the entire website. This photo features one of the brand's t-shirts and includes the main colour pallet for the websites. The simple use of a bland white background works well in contrast to the highlighter green colour of the titles and links. Looking through their merch I enjoyed the use of psychedelic artwork, and this use of psychedelic artwork works great with the message of the studio. This website somewhat works in line with a traditional website, but some features make this website stand out massively.

I opened this website expecting a simple website with not a lot going on, like many other websites by musicians but I was presently surprised with what I saw. After viewing this website, I was very impressed by the visuals and moving parts, not traditionally found on many websites. Another interesting feature is the use of the scroll wheel being used in various ways. The most interesting I found was the use of it on the first page allowing you to view the object from all angles using this action. The downside to this website is that it is quite difficult to explore and doesn’t give a lot of information.

Design Hyper Studio
With my first impression of this website, I was quite confused with what I was seeing and what the main goals of the studio were. But after exploring I found out that the complex psychedelic art projects. Their website features lots of interesting unique features, while also incorporating their unique psychedelic artwork. An interesting feature I found was a constantly changing multi-colour spiral that followed your mouse around creating a nice visual after some time. With unique techniques used it creates a highly immersive website that is not only visually amusing but is also fun to explore seeing the different complex designs Hyper studios has made.
