5.2.4 Automation

For 5.2.4, we had to explore various websites and software that utilize automation and then experiment with how they function.

Gradientor

Gradientor.com is a very useful tool allowing you to create very visually pleasing gradients in seconds. This can either be randomised or you can select the settings and colours you want for a more specific design. This will definitely help save time when creating work.

Gradientor.atferimage.com this gradient generative website has more creative capabilities as it allows you to draw new gradients onto the canvas. It also allows for more texture as the grain really adds depth onto the creations. You can doodle anything on this website and even with little time spent on it, the website will still create something really interesting.

Type Tools

This is a website which allows you to create very interesting visuals. The features allow you to alter type with blurring, dithering and slicing it and other options too. The type feature is my favourite as you can create pixelated images with everything being made out of type. This could definitely be used in the future for work.

Space Type Generator

This website was a kinetic typography tool creating a spinning path of text which is really easy to alter. I could definitely imagine using this in some projects on after affects.

Tools.dia was my favourite to experiment with due to the variety of resources they have and how easy they were to figure out. Once i got on to this website i felt like i couldn't leave i will definitely be using this in the future.
