5.2.3 Identifying Workflow Enhancements

One of the most irritating things that happens to me, working between projects is constant mess and confusion occurred by repetitive and unneeded files on my PC.
For significant amount of time, I regularly try to navigate through folders and discs to find the file I need. Old inDesign, PDF, JPEG and txt. files are keep gathering on my desktop, where then I manually try to remove them, without removing the right files I need.

I came across the CCleaner software, that helps to tidy up unneeded files and keep the right ones in place. CCleaner also takes care of registry, that overtime can gather errors and settings, that can cause the PC to slow down. The software is similar in action to CleanMyMac X, that also provides support in keeping the computer in well condition.

Another feature that I am using on my phone is Apple's 'Clean Up' feature, which selects old, repeating or 'unknown' images from camera roll. With over 2.000 images in my photo gallery, it becomes very easy to loose the plot where, specific photograph or image is. By using the feature, I am able to clear my gallery and get rid of any repeating photos or old, not so funny memes, that I've screenshotted and forgot about them. By doing this, it saves me a lot of time later to navigate through and locate the right photograph I was looking for.
