The brief was to create 100 A5 cover designs, exploring themes of randomness, order, and individuality. A task that would normally be very time consuming if it wasn't for code. Using code, I created cover designs by placing circles on a dark grey page. I then randomised the size of each circle. I then randomised the colours of the background and the circles.
I like the unpredictability of how the designs would turn out and how fast it was to create so many pages. This workshop helped me understand the ways technology can help with time efficiency and how working with technology can create designs I may have not thought of myself.
