Aseprite is mainly for animators, Graphic designers, Artists, and Digital artists. It is well known as one of the best and easiest places to start pixel art.
You can easily start using this software from their website. Once you pay the cost, it's as easy as downloading and launching the process, and you can start designing and making an animation. You would need to understand animation and a small amount of art to use this software, as pixel art is easy to draw with, but animation is an important part.
I found Aseprite a long time ago, but never really decided to take an interest in it because I didn't know what path in life I wanted to take. I refound Asperite, finding this Twitter artist called "yzhu". They make really pretty and small animations, and include a nice style with postcards, with matching colours as the background.
