This was achieved on the website image paint. this allows you to either use there stock images or import your own images in and use a brush tool to distort the images creating a really cool effect.

here is were I distorted one of my own pieces of work. I especially like the way the type looks after thus effect has being added. it is also really cool as you can drag the brush around to create what ever sort of distortion effect you want.
