Week 2 - AR Intervention

For this project I really liked the idea of overlaying old photographs onto a location to show what they looked like in the past. My immediate idea was to use the location Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester. The gardens in the present day are known for being dirty, dangerous and all together not a nice place to be, I find it very interesting looking at the old photos of piccadilly gardens as they used to be beautiful and full of flowers. It amazes me how it went from be such a lovely place to what it is now.
