After learning about John Maeda’s 10 Laws of Simplicity, my task was to choose 2 laws that I can resonate with and that align with my reflections on technology. The laws that I chose was "Learn" and "Emotion". I chose emotion as I believe that in order to be successful at something and be able to put 100% into it, you need to be passionate about it. I also chose learn as I believe that when it comes to learning new technology, you have to keep practicing the same thing multiple times in order to master it. This takes time, but consistency creates familiarity and therefore reduces how complex something is.
I then made a mood board with visuals, links and words that I felt represented my laws. After looking at the list of suggestions from Graham on what software you can use to produce this, I decided on the software "Miro". I really enjoyed using Miro and found it fun and easy to use. However, it was a shame that you have to pay to download your work in high quality.
